An exercise to release backache

·         Start this exercise seating in a chair with a low back rest. Keep in mind the option to continue while standing. Put hand in hand - In a position resembling a shell, the fingers of the right hand should be placed together in the left palm center while the fingers of the left hand are placed tight one to the other in the center of the left palm. Holding hands together is based on a slight, continuous squeeze of one hand in the other hand while both of them arranged with the finger. It is recommended that you move your hands together to find the place that needs to be stretched. Move between resting positions of the hands, stay for a few minutes in any place where you are comfortable and look for a better place to stay. You can of course take your hands over your head, by the sides of your head, lift in the air and move circularly or put on your stomach and stretch towards your thighs or chest.
